Knicks cable compromise finalized

NEW YORK -- About 2 million Time Warner Cable subscribers will now get to watch Jeremy Lin and the New York Knicks and the first-place New York Rangers in a deal finalized on Monday.

The Madison Square Garden Co., the owner of the Knicks and Rangers, said Monday that it agreed to a multiyear deal under which the cable operator will carry its networks MSG, MSG+ and Fuse.
