Andy Pettitte gets Class A start

NEW YORK -- New York Yankees left-hander Andy Pettitte will make his Monday tuneup start for Class A Tampa, GM Brian Cashman confirmed in a text message to ESPNNewYork.com.

There had been question as to whether Pettitte would start for Double-A Trenton or Tampa. Trenton is playing in Maine, so Pettitte will stay out of the cold and pitch in Dunedin instead.

Pettitte has made five tuneup starts so far: One for Trenton, two for Tampa and also in an extended spring training ...
