Giants' Jacquian Williams out

The New York Giants downgraded linebacker Jacquian Williams to out Sunday with a knee injury but safety Kenny Phillips made the trip to play the Washington Redskins.

Williams and Phillips were listed as doubtful on Saturday. Williams said that he didn't expect to play after missing the previous five games.

Phillips, though, said last week he expects to play against the Redskins after aggravating a MCL injury that had kept him out of six games. A source ...
