Ronnie Brewer dealt to OKC

One night after giving up 46 points to guard James Harden, the Oklahoma City Thunder made a move to shore up their bench by acquiring Ronnie Brewer from the New York Knicks for a 2014 second-round pick and cash considerations, Knicks general manager Glen Grunwald confirmed Thursday.
