Pedro Feliciano OK'd to return

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. -- New York Mets left-handed reliever Pedro Feliciano has been cleared to resume baseball activities while he wears a heart monitor for a two-week period, general manager Sandy Alderson told ESPNNewYork.com on Thursday.

Feliciano underwent follow-up testing Wednesday and was not in camp. His initial spring training physical had been flagged because of an irregular heartbeat. He subsequently was told he may have a small "hole" in the exterior of his heart, ...
