Chase Blackburn to join Panthers

Chase Blackburn, who had the big fourth-quarter interception for the New York Giants in Super Bowl XLVI, has agreed to terms with the Carolina Panthers, his agent said Wednesday.

Richard Katz said Wednesday his client is "thrilled" to join Carolina.

A source confirmed Blackburn will sign a two-year deal with the team.
