Rutgers, Seton Hall to continue series

NEW YORK -- Rutgers and Seton Hall will continue their men's basketball rivalry for many years to come.

The two New Jersey schools no longer are conference rivals with Rutgers' impending move to the Big Ten, and Seton Hall joining the new Big East. But they've reached an agreement to play once per year, at alternating home sites, for the next eight years. They'll start at the Rutgers Athletic Center this coming season on at 7 p.m. Dec. 8.
