Mark Sanchez to seek 2nd opinion

An MRI on Mark Sanchez's injured right shoulder appears to show that the New York Jets quarterback has a partially torn labrum, a source told ESPN Senior NFL Insider Chris Mortensen.

Sanchez will seek a second opinion on his shoulder this week from renowned surgeon Dr. James Andrews, according to the source.

If Sanchez does have a tear in his labrum, he will not necessarily need surgery.
