After a scoreless first quarter in Super Bowl III on Jan. 12, 1969, Jets running back Matt Snell capped off an 80-yard drive with a 4-yard touchdown run, giving the Jets a 7-0 lead with 9:03 left in the first half in Miami. Snell had 30 carries for 121 yards and four catches for 40 yards in the game.
