Jan. 7, 2013 -- Melo and Kevin Garnett repeatedly lock horns in the fourth quarter of a tempestuous affair between the Knicks and Celtics which sees both players eventually receive technical fouls. But the ugly episode doesn't end there. After the final buzzer, an irate Anthony confronts Garnett in the arena tunnel near the players' locker rooms, and later in the Madison Square Garden parking garage, to have "a one-on-one conversation with him" about words the Boston big man used during the final frame of the Knicks' loss. What are those magic words? "It's certain things that you just don't say to men, another man," Anthony says afterward. Garnett, a notorious on-court provocateur, offers little more insight -- "heat of the battle, man" -- leaving teammates, media and fans alike to fill in the blanks that ultimately result in a one-game ban for each player.
