Panthers wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin participated in OTAs on Thursday after being excused to handle a personal issue on Tuesday, the team website reported. Kicker Graham Gano and defensive tackle Paul Soliai were back on Wednesday. All 90 players on the roster have not participated in the voluntary portion of Phase 3.
