Ragland has that old school game as a downhill player. Showed some pass rush ability at Senior Bowl. Physical in the middle of the D. #Bills

Here are the Bills' picks so far through two rounds: 1. Shaq Lawson, DE, Clemson 2. Reggie Ragland, LB, Alabama

No Reggie Ragland for the Packers. He goes to the Buffalo Bills early in round 2. Do the Packers still look for an inside linebacker at No. 57 or address something else?

Dan Graziano ESPN Staff Writer

Jerry Reese says Sterling Shepard is a slot receiver, was "easy pick for us." Says scouts compared him to "a young Victor Cruz."

Last five picks of NFL draft

  • 38. Dolphins: CB Xavien Howard (Baylor)

Dolphins GM Chris Grier said CB Xavien Howard fits the prototype they are looking for at the position.

Bills select Alabama LB Reggie Ragland with the No. 41 pick after trading up with the Bears. The Bills gave up No. 49, one of their 2016 fourth round picks (No. 117) and a 2017 fourth rounder. Ragland was a possible pick at No. 19 for the Bills, so they are getting good value here. Also addressing a glaring need.

Names to consider for Ravens' No. 42 pick: linebacker Deion Jones; cornerbacks Mackensie Alexander and Kendall Fuller; and running back Derrick Henry.

With WR Sterling Shepard off to the Giants, one Bengals Round 2 target is off the board. He could have been a good addition as a slot WR. If any other receivers are taken before Cincy's pick at No. 55, the Bengals might have to focus on defensive linemen this round.

Noah Spence didn't produce a great 40 time at the combine, but his game tape and Senior Bowl workouts tell the story. He can get off the ball. Multiple counter moves too. Solid edge rusher for the Bucs.

Dan Graziano ESPN Staff Writer

With their second-round pick (No. 40 overall), the Giants took Oklahoma WR Sterling Shepard. At 5-10, 194 pounds, he's not a big receiver, but he's speedy and killed his combine workouts. He's obviously a candidate to fill the vacant No. 2 WR spot opposite Odell Beckham Jr.

Here are the Cowboys' picks so far through two rounds: 1. Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Ohio State; 2. Jaylon Smith, LB, Notre Dame
