Saints have signed veteran OT Tony Hills, per his agent Mark Slough. Hills has bounced around the NFL as a backup with several teams since 2008. ... Saints were apparently looking for o-line depth since they tried out an OT, a G and a C on Tuesday. Not sure if this is a sign that LT Terron Armstead is dinged up since they weren't looking exclusively at OTs. G Jahri Evans has been sidelined by a knee injury for two weeks.

The Texans worked out an injury settlement with inside linebacker Mike Mohamed, who was placed on injured reserve earlier this season. The move frees up Mohamed to play for another team this season rather than spending the whole year on the Texans injured reserve list.

Rams RB Todd Gurley shed his knee brace for today's practice. Said he feels faster without the brace and was excited to get rid of it. Wanted to test it out this week but unsure if he'll wear it on Sunday against Green Bay.

Rams coach Jeff Fisher says team will not put LB Alec Ogletree on injured reserve at this time. Ogletree has surgery to repair a fractured right fibula, Fisher said as he corrected his earlier declarations of an ankle injury. Ogletree will be inactive on game days moving forward.
