Bengals placed three on the active/PUP list: DT Brandon Thompson, TE Tyler Eifert, WR James Wright. They also placed LB Rey Maualuga on the non-football injury list. Rookies DE Dezmond Johnson and RB DyShawn Mobley were released, and Canadian WR Rashaun Simonise was formally signed today, as well.

Gregory seeks treatment after violation

Cowboys DE Randy Gregory has entered an undisclosed treatment facility and faces a longer ban from play after violating the NFL's drug-abuse policy.
