Eddie Lacy added to the Pro Bowl

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- The Green Bay Packers won't be shut out of the Pro Bowl after all.

Running back Eddie Lacy, a first alternate who was the closest thing the Packers had to a Pro Bowler when the selections were announced last month, was added to the roster Wednesday. He replaced Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson, who pulled out because of an injury.

It was the first time since 2005 that the team didn't have a player selected to the Pro Bowl.
