Salaam out two games, QB situation up in the air

DENVER -- The Denver Broncos expect left tackle Ephraim Salaam to be out for two games due to torn knee cartilage. They still don't know what to do about the quarterback situation.

Denver played Sunday's game against Minnesota without starting quarterback Jake Plummer, who is expected to miss three more weeks with a broken foot. Backup Steve Beuerlein went down in the third quarter with a broken finger and he could be out up to five weeks.
