Lions' Stafford needs MRI, X-rays
CHICAGO -- Detroit Lions rookie quarterback Matthew Stafford and receiver Calvin Johnson left during the fourth quarter of Sunday's 48-24 loss to the Chicago Bears because of leg injuries.
Stafford suffered a subluxation of his right knee in which his knee cap popped out of its normal position but popped back in, a Lions source told ESPN Senior NFL Analyst Chris Mortensen.
