Peyton Hillis (hamstring) likely to sit out

CLEVELAND -- Browns running back Peyton Hillis is not expected to play against Detroit because of a hamstring injury.

Hillis tweaked his leg during practice Wednesday and the Browns announced before Friday's exhibition he was one of the players unlikely to play. Hillis rushed for 1,177 yards last season, his first with Cleveland.

Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson is being kept out of the game as a precaution because of a bruised shoulder.
