Governor backs Vikes' Arden Hills plan
ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Gov. Mark Dayton said Wednesday he's ready to throw his political weight behind a new, publicly subsidized football stadium that would be built on a site preferred by the Minnesota Vikings.
