Steelers' Ryan Clark fined $15,000
NEW YORK -- Four players were fined $15,000 each by the NFL on Wednesday for actions in last weekend's games.
Pittsburgh Steelers safety Ryan Clark was fined for unnecessary roughness. Clark hit Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski late and out of bounds during Pittsburgh's 25-17 victory over New England last Sunday.
Another safety, Antrel Rolle of the New York Giants, was docked for making a horse-collar tackle on Miami's Reggie Bush at the end of a 35-yard run in the second quarter. ...
