Saints keep WR Marques Colston
Wide receiver Marques Colston agreed to a five-year contract to stay with the New Orleans Saints, the team announced Tuesday.
The deal is worth around $40 million and includes about $19 million in guarantees, a source told ESPN.com's John Clayton. Colston was one of the key free agents the Saints couldn't afford to lose.
The team recently put its franchise tag on quarterback Drew Brees and hopes to reach a deal with starting left guard Carl Nicks.
