Vick has 'significant' concussion

Michael Vick sustained a "pretty significant concussion" Sunday and likely won't be medically cleared when the Philadelphia Eagles resume practice this week, coach Andy Reid said.
Reid was uncertain of Vick's status for Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins but emphasized that the four-time Pro Bowler would remain Philadelphia's starting quarterback when healthy.
