Robert Griffin III starts vs. Eagles

Washington Redskins star rookie Robert Griffin III started Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Griffin, who missed last week's game against the Cleveland Browns due to a sprained right knee, was cleared to play by Redskins doctors on Saturday, league sources told ESPN.

Griffin wore a brace on his knee, which could limit the quarterback's mobility against the rival Eagles.
