Leroy Hill won't face felony charge
SEATTLE -- Former Seattle Seahawks linebacker Leroy Hill won't face a felony charge in his January arrest for investigation of domestic violence.
The King County Prosecutor's Office said Wednesday the case for a felony charge was legally insufficient to pursue. Prosecutor's office spokesman Dan Donohoe says the case is being referred to the city attorney in Issaquah, the suburb where Hill was arrested. Hill could face possible misdemeanor charges.
