James Casey has knee surgery

Philadelphia Eagles tight end James Casey tweeted Thursday that he had arthroscopic surgery on his right knee and expects to be back practicing in two weeks. 

"I had a minor scope done on my right knee. I'll be back to full speed in two weeks. Better to get it taken care of now," he wrote.

An Eagles spokesman told USA Today Sports that the team expects Casey to be ready for training camp.

Casey signed a three-year, $14.5 million contract with the Eagles this offseason. ...
