Chip Kelly: Nick Foles staying

PHILADELPHIA -- After announcing that Michael Vick would be his starting quarterback, Eagles coach Chip Kelly said both Vick and Nick Foles will definitely be on the roster this year.

In other words, Foles is not going anywhere.
