Indy bidding for Super Bowl in 2018

INDIANAPOLIS -- The city of Indianapolis is ready to go toe-to-toe with cities like New Orleans, Denver and Minneapolis for the right to host the 2018 Super Bowl.

Gov. Mike Pence, mayor Greg Ballard and Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay announced Friday at an event at Lucas Oil Stadium that the city plans to bid for the 2018 Super Bowl.
