Ziggy Ansah addresses concussion

ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- Detroit Lions rookie defensive end Ziggy Ansah said the concussion he suffered Aug. 24 was the first one he has had as part of his first public comments since being injured.

Ansah had gone back into the Aug. 24 practice after being hit and tried to practice the next day before leaving during stretching. He did not return to practice until Thursday.

"Whatever happened, happened," Ansah said. "I'm just glad I'm back on the field and being able to practice."
