Tackle Eric Fisher (concussion) to sit

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Kansas City Chiefs will be without offensive tackle Eric Fisher for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans due to a concussion.

Fisher sustained the concussion late in the first half of last Sunday's game against the New York Giants. He didn't play in the second half or practice this week.

Fisher, the top overall pick in this year's draft, will be replaced at right tackle Sunday by Donald Stephenson, who started seven games at tackle as a rookie ...
