Justin Blackmon expected to play

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Jaguars should have at least one starting wide receiver available for Sunday's game against San Diego.

Coach Gus Bradley said Thursday that Justin Blackmon is progressing well in his recovery from a hamstring and groin strain, and while he likely won't practice on Friday, he should be able to play against the Chargers.

He's not as sure about Cecil Shorts (sprained SC joint in his right shoulder), who likely will be a game-time decision. ...
