Nick Foles cleared to practice

PHILADELPHIA -- Eagles quarterback Nick Foles completed the NFL's concussion protocol and was cleared to practice, after which he declared himself "ready to go" Tuesday.

Foles was first in line for drills Tuesday, an indication he will prepare to start Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.

"I am [ready to play]," Foles said after practice. "I felt good out there today. It was great being out there with the team today. I feel great. I'm ready to go."
