Clemson defensive end Shaq Lawson said one NFL team flagged a shoulder concern at the recent NFL combine, but he is not overly concerned about any further examining because "it's nothing serious."
"My shoulder is fine and I am ready to play football," Lawson told ESPN's Joe Schad.
The NFL Network reported that the 6-foot-3, 269-pound Lawson is on the list to go back to Indianapolis for the medical recheck in April.
At the combine, Lawson ran the 40-yard dash at the combine in 4.7 seconds, fourth best among ends. He also scored high in the other drills, showing why he had 12.5 sacks and a college football-best 25.5 tackles for loss last season.
Lawson is No. 18 on Mel Kiper Jr.'s latest Big Board and is projected to go No. 11 to the Bears in Todd McShay's most recent first-round draft projection.
