Make no mistake that the quarterback the Chiefs liked in this draft and had a real shot at getting was Paxton Lynch. But with seven picks today, they may take a shot at a QB. The final four rounds are more about finding good players than drafting at specific positions but the Chiefs will still try to come away with a couple offense linemen and another defensive back or two.

Seahawks GM John Schneider said Germain Ifedi and Jarran Reed were the two players the Seahawks were deciding between in the first round. They took Ifedi and traded up for Reed in the second. The Seahawks had 26 players with first-round grades, Schneider said. Last year, they only had 16.

John Elway said Friday night the Broncos will "continue to look" at the veteran quarterbacks on market, but they aren't planning to sign any more any time soon. Elway said he and coach Gary Kubiak want to make sure the three quarterbacks they have, including rookie Paxton Lynch, get enough work in the offseason program and training camp. Elway said: "the key thing is to make sure everybody is going to get a lot of reps. We don't want to be in a situation where everyone isn't getting the reps they need." So Mark Sanchez continues to move into the starting job and the Broncos are likely to hold steady at three quarterbacks to make sure Lynch and Trevor Siemian get the work they need in the weeks and months to come.

Todd Archer ESPN Staff Writer

Jerry Jones said second-round pick Jaylon Smith was among the top five players on the Cowboys' draft board, which would mean they have selected two of their top five players with the team selecting Ezekiel Elliott at No. 4 overall.
