The Browns have asked to opt out to protect Johnny Manziel and that request likely will be granted by the NFL, according to ESPN Cleveland. Potential participants are the Texans, Redskins or Bills. Per rules, the Bills can also opt out since they have a new coach in Rex Ryan.

Cowboys lock up Orlando Scandrick

The CB reached agreement on a new deal, according to ESPN sources and multiple reports. He reportedly was due $10.5M from Dallas over the next four seasons before this new deal, and will now make $20M over the next five. The new contract was first reported by the NFL Network.
