Dunn's 90-yard TD run vs. Giants sets Falcons record

ATLANTA -- Warrick Dunn set an Atlanta Falcons record when
he ran 90 yards for a touchdown in the third quarter Sunday against
the New York Giants.

With the Falcons backed up at their 10 after a punt, Dunn took
the handoff on a routine-looking play up the middle. He found a big
hole, picked up a block from fullback Justin Griffith and spun off
a couple of tacklers, including cornerback Sam Madison.

The play broke Jerious Norwood's 2-week-old team record, a
78-yard touchdown run in the Falcons' last game against Arizona.

It was also the longest run of Dunn's career. The previous long
was 76 yards against Chicago in 1997, his rookie year with Tampa
