Turner got limited work in practice

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- Atlanta Falcons running back Michael Turner got limited work in practice this week and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Turner, the Falcons' leading rusher, sustained a high right ankle sprain against the Carolina Panthers on Nov. 15 and sat out last week's loss to the New York Giants. The Falcons (5-5) have lost four of five but have the next three games at home, beginning with the Buccaneers (1-9).

Jerious Norwood, who had been Turner's backup, was also listed as questionable even though he's been a full participant in practice coming back from a hip injury.

Receiver Brian Finneran (knee) will not play against Tampa Bay.
