Roy Lewis is expected to start in Jennings' place, Kentwan Balmer is set to replace Mebane and Tyler Polumbus will start in Okung's place.

For the Raiders, starring cornerback Chris Johnson is inactive after sustaining a concussion last week. Bruce Gradkowski remains the third quarterback despite making progress in his return from a separated shoulder.
