Our director of pro scouting, Green has been an NFL scout for 11 years, including two as director of pro personnel for the Cleveland Browns. He is the son of Arizona Cardinals head coach Dennis Green.
Our director of college scouting, McShay has been evaluating prospects for the NFL draft since 1998. During that time, numerous NFL teams have relied on his reports to supplement their draft scouting.
Horton has been a football talent evaluator for more than 30 years. He spent 10 years in the NFL and 10 years at the college level before launching a private scouting firm called "The War Room," which later became Football Scouts, Inc.
Kidd has spent 14 years in NFL front offices, including key roles in the personnel departments of the Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Browns and New England Patriots.
Muench has been with Scouts Inc. since 2002, evaluating both NFL and college players and breaking down NFL matchups. His current focus in on the NFL draft.

Our national recruiting director, Luginbill has extensive experience as a player, coach and scout at all levels of football. Before joining Scouts Inc. as a high-school talent evaluator, Haubert accumulated more than a decade of coaching experience. Carroll joined Scouts Inc. after nine years as an NBA coach, including a seven-year tenure with the Boston Celtics that concluded with a four-month stint as interim head coach in 2003-04. Before joining the NBA, Carroll spent six years as head coach at Duquesne University and seven years at Seton Hall as an assistant to head coach P.J. Carlesimo.
