Surging Bucs poised for upset winThe Buccaneers keep hanging around. They are coming off their first win over a team with a .500-or-better record and they'll look to keep their slim playoff hopes alive against a Chargers team that has opened up a two-game lead in the AFC West.
The Bucs have lost a couple of key games this season due to poor kicking by Martin Gramatica but hope to have fixed the problem by replacing him with Jay Taylor, who connected on both of his attempts (50 and 30) in last week's win. In order to give Taylor a chance to be the difference in San Diego, the Bucs need another stellar performance from their defense. If RDE Simeon Rice and WLB Derrick Brooks can build on last week's momentum, QB Drew Brees, RB LaDainian Tomlinson and the rest of the Charger offense could be up against one of its toughest tasks to date. | ||
