Franco Harris' game-winning touchdown in the 1972 AFC divisional playoff game against Oakland wouldn't have counted if the deflected pass he caught was only deflected by teammate John "Frenchy" Fuqua. But it was ruled -- after a long delay and much debate -- that the ball bounced off Jack Tatum, perhaps in tandem with Fuqua, making the catch legal.
