In the likely event that Manning decides to give it another shot, he might not be the same guy who tore up the league in 2012, 2013 and most of 2014. It's also possible that his ineffectiveness was related to an injury, and even a rapidly-declining Manning might still be one of the league's more prolific stat producers. Also, Julius Thomas and Demaryius Thomas are both free agents, though Demaryius is essentially a lock to be back with the Broncos. There are many factors in play here, so we'll have to see how things shake out.
