The Giants won 37-20.
Kuhn was hurt on Green Bay's scoring drive that cut New York's lead to 20-13. Trainers worked on him on the sidelines before he was taken off the field on a cart with 3:50 left in the third quarter. The Packers said he had a knee injury, but did not specify which knee.
Kuhn scored Green Bay's only touchdown of the game, an 8-yard catch that tied the game at 10 at the start of the second quarter. He also had one rushing attempt for two yards.
Kuhn ran 30 times for 78 yards and four touchdowns during the season. The Shippensburg product also caught 15 passes for 77 yards and two scores in 16 starts.
New York Giants safety Deon Grant also left the game, going to the locker room in the second half with a head injury.
Grant passed the mandatory concussion tests on the sidelines. But an announcement was made late in the third quarter that he was being taken to the locker room for further observation. Grant eventually returned in the fourth quarter.
