2011 NFL Power Rankings: Week 4
An exciting slate of games in Week 3 provided some answers for voters in ESPN.com's Power Rankings.
Are the Lions and Bills for real? Our voters are apparently convinced, having moved Detroit and Buffalo up a combined 17 spots and putting both into the top six this week.
Do the Falcons and Eagles have more issues than we previously thought? Apparently so, because Atlanta and Philadelphia both fell 11 spots this week and each is barely on the edge of the top 20.
Furthermore, our voters (ESPN.com's John Clayton, ESPN.com's Ashley Fox, AFC South blogger Paul Kuharsky, NFC West blogger Mike Sando and AFC East blogger James Walker) seem convinced the Browns, Raiders and Giants are on the rise while the Rams, Bears and Cardinals have begun to decline.
Week 4 should see some shake-ups as well, with New England heading to Oakland, Houston hosting Pittsburgh, and the Jets going to Baltimore.
