ESPN.com's Power Rankings
This week's rankings were determined by a poll of ESPN.com's NFL staff -- writers John Clayton, Len Pasquarelli, Michael Smith, NFL Insider Jeremy Green, Scouts Inc., and ESPN.com NFL editors Peter Lawrence-Riddell and James C. Black.

Two teams moved into the top five this week, with the Falcons (No. 7 to No. 4) and the Buccaneers (No. 6 to No. 5) both making the jump up. With Eli Manning doing a reasonable impersonation of his brother, the Giants cracked the top 10, moving up six spots.

The news isn't as good for the Patriots who slid seven spots all the way to No. 9. That's the lowest the Patriots have been in the rankings since they were 4-2 following Week 6 of the 2003 season. It doesn't get any easier for the Pats either, with road games coming up against the Falcons and Broncos.

At the other end of the rankings, the Texans and Packers held onto their spots, remaining the NFL's only winless teams.

On to the rankings. Also, you can rank the teams yourself with SportsNation's NFL Power Rankings.
