ESPN.com's Power Rankings
The offseason rankings were determined by a poll of ESPN.com's NFL staff -- writers John Clayton, Len Pasquarelli, Michael Smith, Scouts Inc. insiders Jeremy Green and Keith Kidd, and ESPN.com NFL editor Peter Lawrence-Riddell.

Not surprisingly, with the Steelers losing, the Power Rankings feature a new No. 1. Peyton Manning and the Colts take over the top spot thanks to their 2-0 start. The Colts received four first-place votes, while the Seahawks and the Bears each got one. But can the Colts stay on top? They face a Jaguars team in Week 3 that will have the opportunity to knock off its second straight No. 1 team.

Elsewhere in the top five, the Seahawks, Bengals and Jaguars all moved up one spot, while the Falcons jumped up two spots to No. 5.

As for the Steelers, the fell eight spots to No. 9. Probably a little too harsh, but that's the way the numbers came out.

At the bottom, the Raiders took over the No. 32 spot from the Packers after getting routed for the second straight week.

Anyway, on to the rankings. You can rank the teams yourself with SportsNation's NFL Power Rankings.
