CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- With Jason Taylor limping off the field with a knee injury, the defense disintegrating without him and the offense almost as bad, the Washington Redskins face many unpleasant questions after an ugly preseason showing Saturday.
• The Panthers exceeded 31 points for the first time since Week 17 of the 2005 season when they beat the Falcons 44-11.
• The Redskins gave up touchdowns on the five possessions following Jason Taylor's departure.
• Washington managed just 59 yards rushing and lost three fumbles.
