After trading pick No. 113 to the Chicago Bears for picks 117 and 206, the Los Angeles Rams selected WR Pharoh Cooper of South Carolina. Cooper is more of a slot receiver and the Rams will have to find a way to use him in conjunction with Tavon Austin but they need more pass catchers. No surprise they went TE and WR with their two fourth-round picks.

The Colts addressed their defensive line by selecting Texas defensive tackle Hassan Ridgeway in the fourth round. He had 3.5 sacks and 6.5 tackles for a loss last season at Texas.

Rich Cimini ESPN Staff Writer

The Jets are on the clock in the fourth round. Some options: DT Andrew Billings, OT Alex Lewis, andTE Jerell Adams. Former Jets LB Bart Scott will announce the pick.

Pat McManamon ESPN Staff Writer

Here are the Browns picks so far into the fourth round: 1. Corey Coleman, WR, Baylor; 2. Emmanuel Ogbah, DE, Oklahoma State; 3. Carl Nassib, DE, Penn State. 3. Shon Coleman, OT, Auburn. 3. Cody Kessler, QB, USC. 4. Joe Schobert, LB, Wisconsin. 4. Ricardo Lewis, WR, Auburn.

Colts fourth-round pick DT Hassan Ridgeway surprised a lot of people with his decision to go pro early, but he's an athletic 6-foot-3, 303-pounder whose best football is ahead of him. Texas coaches liked to call him "Green Mile" because he's huge, quiet and intimidating.

Chris Sprow

Classic Bill Belichick pick in Malcolm Mitchell, a wide receiver who was once one of the top HS cornerbacks in the country, and played both ways early on at Georgia. Troy Brown, anyone?

The Oakland Raiders select Connor Cook with their 4th round pick. This is the 3rd time in last 4 drafts in which Oakland selects a QB.

Pat McManamon ESPN Staff Writer

Regardless of picks, this Browns draft will be defined by QB Carson Wentz. The Browns had that pick and traded out of the spot. Now we see how he does in Philadelphia.

Mike Reiss ESPN New England Patriots reporter

Patriots select Georgia WR Malcolm Mitchell with their fourth-round pick (112th overall). He is 5-foot-11 5/8, 198 pounds and he has been compared by some as a Hines Ward-type with his style of play.

Darren Rovell ESPN Senior Writer

Jared Goff will get more than 45 TIMES the guaranteed $ at #1 (almost $28M) that Connor Cook at #100 will receive (little over $600K)

Jon Gruden told Connor Cook during the QB Camp taping that Jon's old boss, Al Davis, would have loved Cook for his arm talent. Jon referenced Derek Carr as another guy who came through QB camp and really spun it. On the flip side, Jon also referenced Jeff George, who, like Cook, takes too many chances with the ball. Interesting fit.

Jacksonville loading up on defense thus far, and to rave reviews. But the Jax conundrum over the last few years is this: they've drafted well (good) but have needed those rookies to play early (bad).

James Walker ESPN Staff Writer

Just had a chat with Dolphins owner Stephen Ross. He's thrilled with the Laremy Tunsil pick. He says the team is comfortable with Tunsil's character.

Paul Kuharsky ESPN Staff Writer

New Titans RB Derrick Henry lists Eddie George as his football role model. He'll have an easy connection with his fellow Heisman Trophy-winner after being drafted by the same franchise that selected George 14th overall in 1996 -- when Henry was 2 years old.

So former Ohio St. teammates Joshua Perry and Joey Bosa now will be teammates again in San Diego. Perry to SD in round 4.
