Little cleanup from Thurs night: without video, Ravens would have taken Laremy Tunsil at No. 6; fell to Miami at 13. Lost money: $7 million.

When you're a Jet, you get booed right away

Jets fans weren't happy with the selection of QB Christian Hackenberg in the second round of the NFL draft.

Jaguars now will have Michael Bennett announce one of team's sixth-round picks today, so not a wasted trip.

Jaguars DT Michael Bennett flew to London to announce team's 5th-round pick - but JAX traded pick away Friday to move up to get Myles Jack.

If Ravens use all five picks in the fourth round, it would be the most by any team in the first five rounds in NFL draft history, according to ESPN Stats & Information. The last time a team used five picks in the same round was the 2014 Dallas Cowboys (seventh round).

It's a rainy day in Chicago, but can't ask for a better backdrop for Day 3 of the NFL draft.

Roberto Aguayo es de los mejores pateadores que he visto, y la historia nos dice que jugara al menos una decada rn la NFL, pero yo no cambio hacia arriba para escoger un pateador en segunda ronda

After what will be roughly a 40-hour hiatus, the Los Angeles Rams get to resume participation in the NFL draft today with two picks in the fourth and sixth rounds. They're on the hunt for more offensive weapons for QB Jared Goff, specifically at receiver and tight end. They'll also be looking at possible safety options and depth all over the defense.

The Denver Broncos have six picks in hand today -- 4th round (136th overall), 5th round (144th overall, 157th overall), 6th round (219th overall), 7th round (228th overall, 253rd overall).

Draft process in a nutshell: Compliments for trading away a ton of value to draft an FCS quarterback with under two years starting experience at No. 2, and derision for the pick of a QB once considered a potential No. 1 overall in the middle of Round 2. In both cases: we simply don't have a clue what the outcome will be.

Most day 3 picks: 49ers, Ravens, Patriots & Browns all have 8. Fewest: Saints & Panthers with just 2 apiece.

Combine question: How would you kill someone?

On Friday, Bills draftee and former Clemson DE Shaq Lawson said he was asked by an NFL team during February's combine about what method he would use to kill someone. Story

Make no mistake that the quarterback the Chiefs liked in this draft and had a real shot at getting was Paxton Lynch. But with seven picks today, they may take a shot at a QB. The final four rounds are more about finding good players than drafting at specific positions but the Chiefs will still try to come away with a couple offense linemen and another defensive back or two.

In his "Way-Too-Early" mock draft for 2016, posted last May, ESPN analyst Todd McShay had QB Christian Hackenberg going No. 1 overall to the Redskins. He had the Jets taking a quarterback at No. 7 -- Cardale Jones.

McShay’s best available for Day 3

The NFL draft rolls into its final day Saturday with plenty of talent left to be plucked by teams in rounds 4-7. Cook tops list (Insider)
