The Patriots and Dolphins have struck a rare AFC East draft-day trade. Patriots move into the fifth round (147) in exchange for two sixth-rounders (196, 204) and one seventh-rounder (250). This could be the spot that the Patriots eye Navy QB/RB/WR Keenan Reynolds.

With fourth round pick -- 136th overall -- Broncos selected Utah running back Devontae Booker. Great value in that spot.

The Cowboys have their quarterback, selecting Missisissippi State's Dak Prescott with the 135th pick in the draft. He is the first quarterback the Cowboys have drafted since taking Stephen McGee in the fourth round of the 2009 draft. The Cowboys did extensive work on Prescott leading up to the draft and had him at Valley Ranch for a pre-draft visit.

After being boxed out in round 1 on Paxton Lynch and round 4 on Connor Cook, Cowboys draft MSU QB Dak Prescott in 4th round, 135th overall.

Saints' new DT David Onyemata is from Nigeria and never played football until he moved to Canada in 2011. Said he tried out for the team later that year because he wanted something to do in his free time -- then fell in love with the game.

Bengals fourth-rounder Andrew Billings says he squatted 805 pounds in college once, and has also benched a rep at 605 pounds before. Wow. Wow. Wow.

The Packers finally go with an inside linebacker in the fourth round with Blake Martinez of Stanford at No. 131 overall. They also took inside linebacker Jake Ryan in the fourth round last year.

The Chiefs picked a wide receiver, Demarcus Robinson, with their final fourth-round pick. Robinson was suspended numerous times in college at Florida and said at the scouting combine in February that as a freshman he went through rehab for drug abuse.

Marvin Lewis calls Andrew Billings "a real anchor point," and a player who the Bengals had really highly. They like his strength. Lewis thinks his height (6-0) was what contributed to his fall this far.

The Saints traded this year's fifth-round pick plus next year's fifth-rounder to Washington to move up and draft Manitoba DT David Onyemata in the fourth round. Now have just one pick left in Round 7.

Guard Parker Ehinger, a Chiefs' fourth-round pick, was teammates with tight end Travis Kelce for a season at the University of Cincinnati. "Travis actually just texted me about five minutes ago," Ehinger said. "He told me he can't wait to see me and he told me to hit him up when I get to town . . . We were good buddies when he was at school."

Three more picks and the Arizona Cardinals are on the board. Good place for an offensive linemen. Coach Bruce Arians talked last week about converting a G to C, so don't be surprised if Arizona goes that direction.

My favorite stat on Andrew Billings is this one from when he was in high school: As an offensive tackle, he had 266 pancake blocks his junior and senior years.

Max Olson ESPN Staff Writer

Had he not gone pro, DT Andrew Billings likely would've been the Preseason Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year. The Bengals fourth-round pick fell much further in this draft than most expected, but Big 12 coaches would tell you he's one of the best nose tackles they'd ever seen.

Saints move up into fourth round to take Manitoba DT David Onyemata – a surprising move and a surprising choice. ESPN/Scouts Inc. has him rated No. 251 overall. But analyst Todd McShay likes his upside. A 6-3, 300-power player with the potential to play DT or DE. As ESPN's Trey Wingo said, the "Canada to Saints" pipeline continues after they drafted Akiem Hicks from a Canadian college in 2012.

Titans drafted Derrick Henry 45th in the second round. The last time a Heisman Trophy running back was drafted outside the first round was 1951 when Dick Kazmaier was a 15th-round pick. He never played in the NFL, opting to go to business school. Two other Heisman RBs were undrafted in the common draft. Mike Rozier went in the supplemental draft (as a first-round pick). Pete Dawkins pursued a military career.
