Cowboys coach Jason Garrett did not want to comment about the domestic violence allegations against Ezekiel Elliott but said it would not keep the rookie running back off the field to start training camp. Saturday. "We believe we know all about Ezekiel Elliott and what he's all about as a person and it would be premature to make any comment beyond that," Garrett said.

And we're always going to try to do what's best for everybody. We have to do what's best for the team."

Don't think anything is imminent but I believe the Falcons would re-sign OLB O'Brien Schofield before considering signing DE Dwight Freeney. They know what they could get out of each player. Schofield's vocal locker room presence an added bonus.

A pre-training camp tradition like no other. Featuring its famed mystery meat, here's the "Mock Turtle Soup" that kicks off the Bengals' media day luncheon. Seriously. No one really knows what the meat is (or won't say). This soup dates back to the luncheons Paul Brown would hold after he founded the team (hopefully this particular bowl doesn't date that far back).
